Our story

Buckeye Cheer Elite began its journey during the 1999-2000 season with a vision of providing athletes with exceptional coaching and opportunities to succeed both on and off the mat. Over the past 28 seasons, BCE has grown into one of Central Ohio's longest-standing and most established all-star cheerleading and tumbling programs, built on a commitment to athlete development, safety, and technical excellence.

Since joining the Buckeye Gymnastics family and moving to our current facility in 2006, Buckeye Cheer Elite has continued to provide athletes of all ages and skill levels with opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve their goals. From first-time tumblers learning foundational skills to athletes competing on the national stage, our coaches are dedicated to helping every athlete reach their full potential.

BCE athletes have represented Central Ohio at some of the sport's most prestigious events, including nearly a decade of appearances at the D2 Summit beginning in 2016 and a proud history of success at both the Summit and Worlds levels. While the sport has evolved over the years, our commitment to developing confident athletes, strong teams, and lasting relationships has remained unchanged.

As we enter our 28th season, we remain proud of our history and excited for the future as we continue building the next generation of BCE athletes!
